BayCoast Electrical & Control Solutions received a Commendation Award at the NECA NSW Awards — and was Highly Commended in the NECA Small Business Awards.
The NECA NSW Awards are presented by the National Electrical and Communications Association, the industry body representing electrical and communications contractors across Australia. A commendation recognises exceptional performance and a high level of skill in the electrical and communications contracting industry.
For us it’s recognition of something we’ve always aimed for: quality workmanship, genuine care for our customers, and a positive contribution to the industry and the wider South Coast community.

The Next Generation
We describe ourselves as a family business, and we mean it literally. Taidem has started her second year of apprenticeship with BayCoast — learning the trade the way it’s always been learned here: on the tools, on site.
Watching her growth and commitment has been incredible. We’re proud of her, and proud that the business we’ve built over 30 years has a next generation coming through it.
